South East Sydney Home Maintenance and Modification Service  

South East Sydney Home Maintenance and Modification Service (SESHMMS) is a part of the Home and Community Care Program (HACC), partially funded by the State and Federal Governments. The service is a Not-for-Profit service, managed by UnitingCare Ageing, Sydney Region.

Our aim is to provide modification and maintenance services for people who are frail aged, people with a disability and their carers, so that their homes are accessible and safe and will allow them to remain living independently in them longer.

We provide all services to eligible clients living in the Sydney, Botany, Waverley and Woollahra local government areas. A gardening and lawn mowing service is also provided in the Randwick local government area.
