For older people who are new to exercise, traditional gyms can be intimidating. The Centre for Healthy Ageing provides comfortable surroundings, friendly staff and appropriate gym equipment to ensure that members are supported to reach their fitness goals.
The Centre for Healthy Ageing promotes health, fitness and independence for older people. Members can participate in group and individual activities, therapies and education aimed at staying healthy and improving well-being.
Exercise packages are developed according to individual needs. These programs are constantly re-evaluated to ensure they remain challenging. Members can also benefit from the advice and assistance of our highly qualified staff including exercise physiologists and an exercise professional. A range of different activities including exercise classes, walking groups, weights programs and social outings are organised.
