The complex offers 40 resident and public funded low-care units, together with associated support facilities, housed in a nine level building, with a further basement level for residents, staff and visitors car parking. It is a secure facility with intercoms in every unit connected to the ground floor entry via a visual display panel. 24-hour emergency care services are provided. Dougherty Apartments is jointly owned with Willoughby City Council and the NSW Department of Housing. | ||||||
