| The In-Home Respite Service provides in-home respite to enable carers to take time out. Respite is flexible and may include:
• Regular planned respite • Planned respite for a function, eg wedding or appointments The service is designed to meet respite needs of a carer and to support individuals at home. Who Can Access the Service? Carers of people who are frail aged or have a moderate to severe disability. Carers or care recipients must live in one of the following Local Government Areas: • Hunters Hill • Lane Cove • Mosman • North Sydney • Ryde • Willoughby Anyone can refer to the In-Home Respite Service by contacting the Respite Service Coordinator. |
