| Keenagers provides friendship, care, support and an activity program for people who are isolated through an inability to participate in community events. Keenagers provides day respite, support and encouragement for carers. An activity of the Chatswood-Willoughby Uniting Church and UnitingCare Ageing Northern Sydney Region, Keenagers is able to assist with transport so older people can visit our centre and participate in activities as well as enjoy morning tea and lunch in the company of others. We offer: * companionship * social outings and picnics * guest speakers * music and singing * visiting performers * gentle exercise * morning tea and lunch * group discussion and activities Keenagers Day Activity and Respite Centre is open from 10am to 2pm on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday for the frail aged and those with early memory loss. A support group for carers meets each month. |
