| ACACIA Living Life is an active ageing and wellness centre-based community service for residents living in the Hornsby and Ku-ring-gai Local Government Areas.
ACACIA Living Lifes team of skilled staff provides the following services: A stimulating activity program Morning tea and lunch Transport to and from the centres Social interaction Day programs and support for families Links to other services including physiotherapy, occupational therapy and advocacy ACACIA Living Lifes individually tailored program offers choice and support to improve functional independence, quality of life and social participation. Brooklyn Community Centre - Monday, 10am to 2pm Galston Uniting Church - Tuesday and Wednesday, 10am to 2pm Berowra Uniting Church - Thursday and Friday, 10am to 2pm |
