Independent Living Villages

Our region offers 547 units at 16 different villages throughout Western Sydney and to rural communities such as Narrandera.  Some of these units are situated within our aged care villages and some are offered as stand alone villages.  Independent Living Villages provide accommodation for people over 55 years with an independent and secure lifestyle.  Our one and two bedroom units are primarily for people who wish to live independently. The resident has the opportunity to organise external services to be delivered to their home, such as laundry, cleaning, meals and personal care.

Independent Living offers freedom from building and gardening maintenance, a sense of security, companionship and access to other useful services and facilities.

Kentgrove community Living is part of the National Rental Affordability Scheme, providing affordable housing for older people who also need care suppport via a communtiu Aged Care Package.
