Other Care Options
Private Care is individually tailored care for any age group in their own home for a negotiated and competitive fee. Private care and support is available on a long or short term basis also on a casual or regular basis. This service includes housework, personal care, in home respite and nursing by our qualified staff. No ACAT assessment is required for this service.
Community Packages (Compacks), is a case-managed package of care for up to 6 weeks after discharge from hospital. This service has been established for people who need two or more community services to ensure that they can return home safely with appropriate care in place. Community Options (COPS) is also available within this package option.
Services
The hours and types of services can be tailored to meet each client’s individual needs. Confidentiality is assured at all times. A Coordinator at UnitingCare remains in regular contact with their clients to ensure services are maintained to the highest level.
