Current major developments include:

1. Elanora, a 100 place Residential Aged Care service at Shellharbour City Centre has recently been opened and planning for a nearby site for a senior’s precinct, located in a prime position in Shellharbour City Centre will occur over the next 12 months. It is intended to include adaptable housing for older people, key worker housing, affordable housing for families and a mix of community and commercial activities and facilities.

2. Master planning for the redevelopment of the Mayflower Village at Gerringong has commenced.

3. Master planning has also commenced for a new 100 place Residential Aged Care service and 86 Independent Living Units on a site at Gordon ACT.
