Affordable Housing

Kentgrove Lodge and Springwood Court are funded under the Federal Government's National Rental Affordability Scheme, providing affordable housing for older people.

The National Rental Affordability Scheme (NRAS) funding means that we can offer units to people whom meet the NRAS requirements and are over the age of 65, at a 25% rate below the rental market value.
